C3 Carciofo is a bitter artichoke liqueur based on a traditional Italian recipe dating to 1911. The core of the aperitivo, and its namesake, are the three types of California-grown artichokes used in production, along with cardoons, grapefruit, and 18 botanicals. C3 Carciofo is barrel aged for 12 months and then bottled at 23% ABV.
