Produced by Casa Don Nacho (NOM 1508 Fabrica de Tequila Don Nacho), this blanco tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave estate-grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco. It's named after the owner and operator, Don Ignacio Hernandez Gutierrez, who takes pride in producing tequila without added chemicals. After double-distillation it is bottled at 38% ABV.
