Very sweet yet a bit acidic when first sipped : the strong flavours of orange and citrus is a bit overpowering at first, as the vanilla. Then, it slips away leaving just a bit of sugar cane. Feels a bit like unnatural, as if the taste were added. Feels great with tea on the side, for a warm winter family night.
Very nice rum, sweet but very flavoury, tropical notes. Great smell right after opening the bottle. I divide rum in two categories: sweet rum, and Jack Sparrow rum. This one falls 100% in sweet rum category.
Primo Rum assaggiato in assoluto. Molto arimatizzato a livello olfattivo, meno all’assaggio. Un buon ricordo.
