Brinley Gold Shipwreck Coffee Rum

Easily the best $20 bottle of any spirit I’ve ever bought. Buffalo Trace bourbon cream is also pretty outstanding and costs about the same but this is double the proof. Quite simply dessert in a bottle. I had to search for any sort of alcohol burn. It’s smooth and sweet. Lots of caramelized sugar flavors. I like this better than their fruit ones because the coffee gives the crazy sweetness a little more balance but even that is a stretch. This is sweet in every sense of the word

Drank it neat. Coffee/caramel/toffee on the nose. Very sweet to taste. Would be nice with a mixer or in a cocktail.
