Casa Don Ramón was founded in 1996 and the company uses 100% blue Weber agave from the Highlands of Jalisco in its Punta Diamante collection. After harvesting and processing, the agave is double distilled and for the Silver expression is unaged.

A rich, Agave Spirit by Don Ramon Nom1417 crafted in stainless steel. It has an aromatic birth of cooked & candied agave, earth, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; while a rich & full life adds notes of vanilla cream, citrus, jalapeño, dill, chamomile & mint; that led to a sweet death of medium length with notes of pepper, honey, cinnamon & sea spray.
Drinking it next to centenario plata.... Honestly not sure why I bought this. Definitely only going into margs for me. Tastes like a very standard silver tequila, thin, dry, a little agave, pear and pepper. Not my bag.
