Dos Artes Reposado Tequila

Tequila tasting night. My palate cannot necessarily distinguish the notes of different tequilas beyond the vanilla, caramel, oak and agave, plus this was not a night for deep contemplation, so I will rate them based on how I enjoyed them. Winner of the night! Supreme tequila.

Very smooth and clean to the palette but then you get this mouthfeel of anise all over the mouth that lingers for a bit. No burn whatsoever. An excellent Resposado to sip on. A must-have in your repertoire.
