Eden Mill The Guard Bridge

A complex, Blended Malt Whisky crafted with a blend of Lowland & Highland single malts, including a portion of Eden Mill St Andrews single malt, aged in Bourbon, New American Oak & Oloroso Sherry before being bottled at 46% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, earth, fruits, tropical flowers, herbs & spices; while a warm & yeasty life added notes of buttery barley, sourdough, honeyed flapjack, poached stone fruits, sherried fruits, caramel, grass & Tillandsia; that led to a long & slightly effervescent death with notes of charred oak, gingerbread, toasted creamy vanilla, candied fruits & butterscotch.

To earthy for me. Had a nice wine smell to start but the pilot was to earthy. Finish was bad with a fruit taste that snuck in there at the end to kinda helped with the after taste. And lasted a good bit.

Flaviar advent 2025 Nose: very light lemon, champagne, pear, herbal Taste: young grains, sugar, a bit hot, slightly medicinal cherry finish but pleasant. Little or no wood on this one

Flaviar Advent 2025 #11. Clear pale straw body thin legging. Earthy spicy floral aroma. Spicy earthy bready floral flavor. Light body moderately heavy warming. 7/2/6/3/13 3.1

Very light pale yellow color, floral and grassy aroma, smooth very little heat with grassy notes and some barley.
