About this bottle
This is an additive free tequila produced at Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522) from 100% blue Weber agave grown in Amatitán in the Tequila valley (Los Valles), Jalisco. Under the direction of Iliana Partida, the agave is cooked in autoclaves, extracted via roller mill, fermented without fibers in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts, and twice distilled on stainless steel pot stills.
