About this bottle

This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave that is grown at a single estate in the Tequila valley (Los Valles). The agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted via screw mill, fermented with natural yeast in open air tanks, and twice distilled on stainless steel still with copper coils. It is bottled at 89 proof.

A rich Agave Spirit by NOM 1137. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of citrus & white pepper; that led to a balanced death of medium length. December 2017 / March 2018 / June / September / October 2019
