This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave that is grown at a single estate in the Tequila valley (Los Valles). The agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted via screw mill, fermented without fibers with natural yeast in open air tanks, and twice distilled on stainless steel still with copper coils. This expression is rested for less than 12 months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. It is bottled at 89 proof.
