English Harbour sherry cask finish

An elegant, Aged Rum crafted with Panamanian sugarcane & reverse osmosis water. It is a blend consisting of 95% of their 5-year-old Rum with 5% of their 10-year-old Rum that were aged in ex-Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels before being finished in a Sherry casks for an additional 4 to 10 months before being bottled at 46% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of molasses, wood, fruits, flowers, nuts & spices; while a full & complex life adds notes of pineapple, cherry, blackberry jam, burnt caramel & fresh marzipan; that led to a long & dry death with notes of orange zest, oak, vanilla, roasted almonds & smoke.
