Espanita Tequila is made with 100% blue agave harvested from Los Altos, Jalisco. The agaves are cooked for 72 hours in brick ovens and distilled in alembic pot stills following a natural fermentation. Their Añejo is aged for 18 months in ex-bourbon barrels and then bottled. American recording artist Pitbull is the brand's global ambassador.

Neat. Nose is honey, vanila, anise, agave. Taste starts with rich, sweet, honeyed cedar, vanilla, roasted agave, lots of herbs, predominately anise, and cocoa. Flavors stick around a bit then turn to tart, sweet, bitter saccharine. Moderate mouthfeel. Overall sweet, herbal, and bitter.. It's a sipper more than a shooter. Above average at this price class and cool bottle
I'm very new to tequila so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I am a bourbon drinker and the bourbon barrel influence does come through with vanilla and bright oaky notes. The main body of the taste is sweet agave with a hint of mint in the background. Great stuff for the price.
Nose: it’s more faint than the reposado , faint pepper and faint vanilla. I got orange peel on the first sniff but not again after that Taste: dark chocolate, pepper, vanilla, caramel... it exploded it my mouth
Neat - Has a sweet and spiced flavor. Goes well with a good cigar after dinner.
