A balanced, Agave Spirit by Nom1107 crafted in a brick oven, copper pot still & aged in American White Oak barrels before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of baked agave, earth, wood, flowers, herbs & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of caramel, honey agave & grass; while a floral death of medium length added notes of oak, vanilla & pepper.
