Can't say that I enjoy this one. Very thick consistency (which is fine) and a strange herbal profile. I was expecting more of an alpine amaro, but it is just a weird vegetal taste. It reminds me of when I was younger and thought all amari tasted medicinal and bad. I have acquired a taste for almost all of them, but this one isn't enjoyable.

Pains me to say this as I have some Abruzzese blood coursing through my veins, but this may be my least favourite amaro of all time. Cacophony of medicinal herbal and orange citrus notes that just don't meld together. Thick consistency; very similar to San Marzanno Borsci Elisir amaro - but it just doesn't work well for Punch.

A very Christmasy, wintery tasting amaro. We thought it tasted like rum in eggnog somehow, almost creamy. Delightful with dessert or as a sweet shot.
