Not a London Dry. Better than most citrus forward modern gins. Makes a very good gin and tonic, if you’re not exoecting juniper up front. Very nice!

Pineapple and grain turned into gin. Sweet on the tip of the tongue, then you get some juniper and fennel. Have not tried with tonic yet
