Fisher's single malt whiskey

I really wanted to love my hometown single malt. This whiskey had a young taste and lacked a depth of flavor I look for in a single malt. Vanilla and citrus nose. Herbal, almost medicinal,honey on the palette. Liked it, but didn’t love.

I like it, but it needs a little more of something. I might like it more at a higher proof

Nose: Golden Raisins, Ethanol Taste: Hay, Sweet Finish: Medium
