Flying Tumbler is an independent Irish whiskey bottler founded by siblings Patrick Walsh, Thomas Walsh, and Jen McGinnell. They source, mature, blend and bottle their whiskeys in Co. Carlow. The Roller is a single grain whiskey which was aged for 5 years in first-fill bourbon casks. It is bottled without chill-filtration at 43% ABV.
