Genius Gin

Genius Gin is made in Austin, Texas using what the brand calls their "hot and cold" process - a distillation method that combines steeping part of the botanical blend for 72 hours (cold) before running the distillate again and using the vapor infusion method to impart the flavors of the remaining botanicals, that have also been muddled and toasted (hot). The botanicals used include elderflower, lavender, lime peel, angelica root and more for the cold process, along with juniper, cardamom, coriander, and more for the hot process. This London dry-style gin is bottled at their standard strength of 45% ABV.
