Nose: cocoa powder, i can see the green apple and lemon peel here for sure. Mild earthy fruity sherry. More oak comes out as it rests. Palate: spicy mizunara comes through well here. Apple, pepper, mild sherry. Woody, citrusy, fruity. Mild creamy vanilla. Malty. Finish: fruity, woody, warming.

Loads of butterscotch and caramel right off the bat. A bunch of buttery and vegetal notes. Smooth but with enough butterscotch punch to me you remember. As it sits, there's an almost over ripe plum note on the finish. And a bit of nutty flavors come back around as well.
On the nose herbal, minty, spicy from the mizunara, but also sweet, like lemon merengue pie, vanilla, and oranges. On the palate the mizunara is clearly distinguishable, spicy and resinous, also white pepper, sour cherry, mint, bitter orange, and fennel.
Fruity and floral notes on nose rich malt like caramel and notes of spices.
Can feel Bourbon casting at the end, think it needs time
Nice! Smooth, well balanced
