Gonzalez 1939 Blanco Tequila

A crisp, Agave Spirit from the Gonzalez family Estate in Atotonilco, Jalisco, Highlands, Mexico roasted in earthen ovens & distilled in Stainless Steel. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, citrus, flowers & fresh herbs; while a crisp life adds notes of roasted agave, lime, orange zest, celery, pepper, mint, pinecone & earth; that led to a quick & delicate death with a hint of smoke.
