Gracias a Dios mezcals are produced by brand co-partner, veteran mezcalero Oscar Hernández in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. This expression is made with wild Karwinskii agave, harvested at between 10 to 13 years. It is double distilled and bottled at 45% ABV.
