This double-distilled silver tequila from Gran Cava de Oro is produced from 100% blue weber agave harvested at 7 to 10 years from the Los Altos (Highlands) and Tequila Valley regions of Jalisco. As the exported version (available in the US and Canada), it is bottled unaged at 40% ABV. The Mexico-only version is distributed under the "Cava de Oro" brand.

Fresh citrus on the nose with faint green pepper herb and fresh agave notes. Smells incredibly clean. On the palate there’s an intense cracked pepper right away, fading to a soft very slightly sweet lime finish.
