This expression is made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in San Julián in Los Valles de Jalisco. It is cooked in autoclave, fermented in stainless steel, and twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills. It is matured in American oak (ex-bourbon), then filtered for clarity. It is bottled at 80 proof.

Sweet, dessert-like nose of vanilla, banana, and agave. Sweet and smooth and full of vanilla. Delicious, but fairly one-dimensional.
On the nose I get lots of Vanilla. To the palate I also get lots of vanilla. VERY smooth
