That liquid is then placed into barrels which previously held 8 year-old Caribbean rum with the finishing period lasting up to two months. Available at select retailers beginning September 2024. Nose of vanilla, rum, tropical fruit, oak. Palate char, agave, rum, vanilla. Peppery finish. Could make some interesting tiki drinks.
