Part of a sample Jim Beam 12 Days of Christmas pack sampler. Seventh of the 12. Quick hit review. Red hots cinnamon candy. Intense at first and settles down over time. Not much more, but then again, what else should there be? Artificial and synthetic. Cinnamon hot flavor is not as intense of the palate as is on the nose. Syrupy, but not overly thick. Consecutive sips build on the previous cinnamon hot and creates small bursts on cinnamon Red Hots intensity. Tongue prickles on the front mid tongue. A touch of dryness on the back as the tiny stabs slowly fade. Having had Fireball, I find that it is just sugar syrup with the themed cinnamon hots. Jack Daniels Fire is not as artificial as Fireball and a bit more intense and is preferable for shots or a mixer. This JB Fire falls on par with the JD though is slightly more syrupy and synthetic. Lands in the middle of the Fire spectrum (of the three). It will not disappoint if you are interested in the ‘Fire’ game. [Tasted: 12/16/20]

First off, it pains me to give ANYTHING that is "fireball" related a 3 star rating, (so i didnt)because truthfully all fireball, sinerator and TNfire is CRAP,, but the offering from Jim Beam is actally a better version of this sickly breed of liquor than you will otherwise find on the shelf. (2 stars for being better than the other fire-rator-ball crap) This one has won blind taste test compares and is less icky sweet and stupidly over cinnamoned than the other "brands". It really is the "tallest pygmy".
Pretty strong cinnamon liqueur smell and flavor. The bourbon flavor is negligible. It’s enjoyable, it reminds me of ‘Fireball Cinnamon Whisky’ that I’ve had plenty of times before. Drinking this neat. Gold in color. Cinnamon aroma. Cinnamon, subtle sweet, and very subtle oak flavor. Light body with a slight burn on the finish.
It's good. Not empty and sweet like Fireball. It's like a whiskey with a bunch of added cinnamon and spice. It's something I could actually drink by itself and feel sort of ok about. But since it has flavor it may not be as good in some mixed drinks.
If I could give a 0, I would. This about made me gag. I ended up shooting it so I wouldn’t taste much, and I couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth even after chasing it with water, soda and beer
I didn’t really get into this one but then again, I’m not really into the cinnamon when it comes to flavoured bourbons. This like fireball just really don’t get me terribly excited.
