An elegant, Agave Spirit by NOM 1122. It has an aromatic birth with noes of agave, earth, wood, fruits, herbs & spices; while a rich & zesty life adds notes of toasted agave, caramel & orange rinds; that led to a complex death of medium length. May 2017
Grassy herbal notes on the nose. Vanilla emerges in a minute or two. Some plaster of Paris. Sugared almonds in the nose is dominant in first sip. Pleasant herbal finish. Quite nice and quite original. Imparts distinct and lovely vanilla in a margarita.
It’s really good and only $36. It competes with Don Julio and patron.
