Nose: Cereal, banana and apples, esthers Palate: Refined honey, port sweet Finish: Long and balanced with low registers Comments: An above average bottle but would’ve liked a slightly higher abv as its a tad watered down. Looking forward to seeing what they create in the future.

Great little local family distillery in Tassie, beautiful property and friendly staff. We did a tasting of all their spirits, the whiskey was my favorite.
