Kinnara 9 Year Single Cask (Raising Glasses)

Nose: Mix of coconut and vanilla (or maybe vanilla cake), touch of grass, hints of oak. Light and pleasant. Palate: Chocolate, dark cherries, coffee beans, oak. Nothing overly sweet here and the flavor falls on the rich side Finish: Oak wood, some baking spices, toasted coconut Never had a rum from Thailand before but this is quite pleasant if not an absolute wow. Much less sweet than what I usually end up with rums, this has more darker and woodier notes overall. I tried it neat and you can definitely feel the proof of this but it's not overly hot. Overall very nice and an interesting change from my usual rums.
