Kirkland TN Whiskey (Age Stated 4 Years) *NOSE: Surprisingly Dense and Bold. Dessert-like with Maple Syrup, Vanilla, Brown Sugar, Cocoa Powder, and Oak Spice. *NEAT: Nose promised Bold, but Palate falls short. Light , almost Floral. Juicy Fruit Gum, Oak Char and Tannins, with a hint of Spice. Finishes with a Mild TN Hug ,leaving Oak Char and Mint Coating the Palate. *SPLASH: Sweetens the Tannins just a bit, but doesn't change much else. *VERDICT: About what I expected from sourced Dickel. Basically just a less refined Dickel No.8. Serviceable Neat or on the Rocks, but definitely more suited for Highballs and Whisky Sours. $26 for a 1.75L bottle makes this serviceable workhorse whisky one to keep around.

What I would expect for the price and from Costco. It's a smooth easy drinker. Nose hints of high corn, very sweet, light vanilla. Upfront is a creamy corn, vanilla, and caramel. Little burn and fast finish. Nothing to write home about but for the price it's worth having. Reminds me a lot of mellow corn with more typical whiskey flavors.

Very smooth! Nose is a nice autumn maple sweetness, the sip is incredibly mellow and smooth, but on the other hand also lacks some flavor. Definitely maple heavy though, which we all love. Watery/refreshing linger. Nothing wrong with it, but would like a little more refined tastes.

Sweet, easy drink. The low proof makes this a easy supper, no water or ice. The nose has some maple notes, the finish is easy but short. For the price, this is very approachable.

Overwhelming corn and maple syrup taste. This will sit on the bottom shelf for years to come—not enough ABV to even use as hand sanitizer! Extremely disappointing.

Maple syrup nose. Rich and oily palate. Much more complex than I expected. Low proof, but we’ll worth the money especially for a mixer.
