After pour, nose really carries the aroma of spiced apple cider, maybe even fresh cut caramel apple, without nuts. Late aroma is apple with stronger caramel. The taste begins with ripe red apples, apple pie, and develops into a mix of red and green apple flavor with a strong taste of caramel. Hot alcohol is present through the taste. Moderately long finish with a slow fade apple flavor.

Similar to Laird’s Applejack - Smooth Blend (80 proof), but less of an alcoholic bite despite than the Applejack despite the higher proof because it doesn’t have the neutral grain spirit in it & has a longer aging to mellow it more
It hits immediately with a tart green apple with some spicy almost rye-like undertones, following with a sweet red apple and vanilla caramel that doesn’t let up on the spice, finishing with a soft yellow apple and vanilla.
Apple pie on the nose, drinks like a smooth oaky bourbon, with a nice fruity tingle at the end.
Rich caramel grape fruity
