The 2018 Autumnal Gin release for Letherbee highlights sage which is steeped with smoke from burned palo santo. The palo santo or "holy tree" is related to frankincense and myrrh and is sought for its "relaxing and enchanting fragrance." Bottled unfiltered. Limited availability.

Very strong smoke and wood flavor. The wood used Palo Santo is often used in incense. It's flavor here is overpowering and not my taste. I'm a huge fan of their standard gin but not this.
