Who knew a gin made with Douglas Fir (needles i'm guessing?) would be good. Heaps of other stuff in their but this is the overriding flavour. I love the pine and fir foliage smells so imagine juicing that adding other native NZ herbs and tree extracts and bam! Awesome gin time..lovely straight
