Tried neat at our new speak easy in Santa Fe (I don’t dare tell you but hey.. you can google it, ha). Very earthy and lovely with slight notes of lemon, pepper, chile, green peppers. Smooth finish. Had the espadin in Mexico City and liked that as well. Going to have to find me a bottle of this!
