A rich Agave Spirit by NOM 1122 aged for 18 months in a toasted American white oak barrel then paired with a European Oak reserve of various vintages just before bottling. It has an herbaceous birth with a hint of vanilla ice-cream covered in toffee sauce; while rich birth adds notes of citrus peel; that led to a ling & complex death. May 2017
