Maguey Melate Sweet Lime Papalometl Pechuga Jose Erubiel Mota Martinez

Second tasting. Tastes flat. Lime in the front and jalapeño still there but the mouthfeel is like water. I think pechuga triple distillation destroys viscosity. Wouldn’t get this (or any pechuga, for that matter) again.

Very nice. Lime is very prominent. Very thin mouthfeel though. Jalapeño in the finish.
