Nose: Loads of coconut, caramelised pineapple, vanilla and toffee. Palate: Caramel, sweet brown sugar, vanilla fudge, fresh coconut. Finish: The alcohol burns and lingers for quite a bit but once you get past that it's all caramel on the finish.
