A crisp, Agave Spirit from Amatitan, Jalisco, Mexico made with Tequilana Weber & local deep well water; cooked in an autoclave, fermented in stainless steel tanks; 2x distilled in a stainless-steel pots; before being bottled at 76 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, earth, citrus & spices; while a slightly creamy life adds notes of tropical fruits; that leads to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of pepper.
