About this bottle
Milk & Honey Levantine Gin begins with the Israeli new make single malt as its base (100% malted barley). To that distillate, botanicals including juniper, origanum syriacum (za'atar plant), lemon peel, chamomile, verbena, cinnamon, black pepper are added and allowed to rest for 48 hours. Then it is redistilled. Bottled at 92 proof.

Raw yet exquisite, full of herbal flavors from which the za'atar is the dominant one. Fun and interesting gin, one that you have never tasted like before. My absolute favorite.
Levantinein kick very smooth yet rich herbal notes especially the zaater shaked it with fresh zaater honey basil honey and closed it with tonic was amazing
Slick oily feel. Mild cooking spices. Rehydrated peaches with oats. Old peppercorns and a touch of orange rind.
