Mojave High Desert Dry Gin

An elegant, dry gin from California that has an aromatic birth with notes of desert botanicals, tree fruits & tropical fruits; a warm & complex life adds notes of prickly pear, juniper, coriander, sage, dried lime & pink peppercorn; that led to a dry & delicate death with a hint of earth. Nose is lavender and mint. Smells like waking through an herb garden at dusk. Tastes of lavender, lime cordial, and an increasingly loud peppercorn. I find it very pleasant and well balanced without any significant bitterness. Well done.
