Mojave Low Desert Dry Gin

Tried neat and in a slightly dirty martini (rating based on neat taste) thanks to @Looneyhead On the nares its earthy with notes of lemon zest on the palate solid lemon, ginger, safe, and juniper

Nose: lime, orange, lemon, flowers, sage, juniper and something slightly umami. Fruity on the palate; lime, vanilla, citrus peel, juniper, pepper. Not incredibly complex, but quite delicious.
