Color: Tawny, slight haze. Nose: Slight must. Nuts. Peach pie. Green apple sour. Slight chemical off-note. Burned dust. Mouth: Young flavors of fruitwood (slightly evocative of the old Wasmund’s from Copper Fox) Conclusion: Very light. Good sipper, neat. Some ethanol. Tasty enough.
