About this bottle
This zero-waste and certified organic distillery in the coastal rainforest of Brazil, the Foresta Atlântica, prides itself on their sustainable practices. They reuse sugarcane by-products as fuel or fertilizer, their packaging is made from recycled glass and plastic, and they repurpose old bourbon barrels for aging. Released in 2013 and currently sold out, only 30 bottles of this Novo Fogo cachaça were ever produced from Single Barrel 105.
