About this bottle
Before it was ready for bottling and release in 2015, Novo Fogo's Barrel #137 sat quietly for 7 years, surrounded by the tropical climate of southern Brazil's lush rainforest. The 200-liter capacity barrel was made from repurposed bourbon American oak barrels and yielded only 240 bottles of this special edition cachaça. It was bottled at 42% ABV and is currently sold out.
