About this bottle
Unlike most gins, Oak and Grist Dark Rhythm Gin starts as a 100% malted barley single malt spirit. From there, the spirit is steeped in eight botanicals including juniper, coriander, chamomile, wild sumac and orris root. After steeping, the maceration is distilled again. It is bottled at 45% ABV.
