This is an additive free 100% blue Weber agave tequila that is produced in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco. The agave is cooked in a combination of brick ovens and a boiling tank, some of which is crushed by Tahona and the rest with a diffuser, then fermented in open air stainless steel tanks (a portion with fibers, other without). It is twice distilled on copper pot stills, then blended in batches before bottling at 80 proof.

A complex Agave Spirit by NOM 1607. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & complex life added notes of caramel, grapefruit, melon, grass, lemon peel, & pear, that led to an herbal death of medium length with notes of oak, pepper, almonds, clove & coriander.
