First of last night. I’ve heard nom 1079 is very popular as a distillery now nom 1580 and 1079 pops all over instagram. When I saw the bottle I said I would like a try. This is great stuff with notes of cooked agave, caramel, chocolate, mango, papaya, and a unique earthy smoky vegetal peppery raw agave note with a buttery mouthfeel.
