About this bottle

Launched in October 2023, Pantalones Tequila is an organic tequila brand co-founded by Matthew and Camila McConaughey. It is made with 100% blue Weber agave and is produced at a certified organic family-owned distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco. The reposado is bottled after resting in American oak barrels for 9 months. Initial availability begins at select Total Wine stores in TX, CA, FL, AZ, NV and online. (SRP $44.99)

A complex, organic, gluten free, Agave Spirit by NOM: 1614 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico 2x distilled in Stainless Pot with a Copper Coil; then aged for 9 months in American oak barrels before being bottled at 40% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, earth, dried fruit, nut, herbs & spices; while a medicinal life adds notes of apple, olive & maple; that led to a complex death of medium length adding notes of white pepper, oak, vanilla, coconut & cinnamon. For those who like a mild tequila this is a dream. Light up front, easy on the nose. A wonderful and sweet vanilla comes in at the end and hangs around. This tequila is alright, alright, alright.
