About this bottle
This is an additive free 100% blue Weber agave that is cooked for 2 days in a brick oven and fermented without fibers in open air steel tanks with wild local yeasts, and double distilled in stainless steel pot stills. This expression is aged in ex-bourbon American oak for 48 months and bottled at 90 proof.
