Peach Street Distillers in Palisade, Colorado makes a whole array of craft spirits - vodka, gin, d'agave, whiskey, and brandy. The barrels used to age their bourbon get a second life as the resting place for their gin. Jackelope Aged Gin is made with the same locally-sourced juniper berries and other botanicals as the original, then barrel-aged before bottling at 40% ABV.
