I was skeptical of this one, perhaps being naive, since I didn't know they made a gin. I know them for bourbon and rye. This was so good I didn't need a mixer -- just a slice of lime for some citrus balance. Soft juniper taste, very floral. Adding this to the short list of gins I can drink straight.

Anise, majorum with spice notes, crisp and clean on the nose and first taste, with nice scotch finish that is dry and long. Well Done!
Vanilla on the tongue, hints of rosemary with traditional spices from the rye barrel finish.
Smells like lemon; a little sweet and easy to drink
Exceptional chilled, light and balanced
